U.K. Believers mourn on the anniversary of Karbala in Bradford, Blackburn, Manchester, Sheffield and other cites in the north. Of course, Britain does not allow full freedom to Shias to mourn their Imam. Thereore, believers are restricted as to what they can do on the streets of Britain.
